Established in Lebanon in 1870, the iconic Al Bohsali Pâtisserie was built layer-by-layer from secret family recipes and know-how passed down through generations. As one of the oldest and most renowned Mediterranean bakeries, It has been shaped through 150 years of tradition and passion for pastry perfection.

Al Bohsali was founded in Lebanon in 1870 by Chef “Pâtissier” Saaddine Bohsali as one of the first Mediterranean Sweets factory in the Levant. He specialized in the baking of traditional Mediterranean pastries form Baklavas to Maamoul Cookies.  His reputation quickly expanded throughout the region where he counted among his admirers and clients the Sultan of the Ottoman empire and the Pasha of Egypt.

In 1966, Saaddineʼs son Mounir Bohsali and his sons established the iconic factory and retail store which is still in operation in Beirut Martyr Squarewhere based on its secret family recipes and know-how passed down through generations through 150 years of tradition, Al Bohsali has expanded its distribution across the Middle east and Europe.

In 2017, Cedar F&B, a US-based company, introduced the original & authentic Al Bohsali to Northern America. It established its headquarters, factory, fulfillment and distribution center in Alexandria, Virginia offering Al Bohsali full range of Mediterranean Pastries.

Since inception, Cedar F&B established its unique Al Bohsali retail Kiosk concepts (Tysons Corner Mall, Fashion Center in Pentagon, Dulles Airport) and has expanded its online reach through its e-commerce website & Amazon.

By mid-2018, Al Bohsali established its Wholesale operations offering its full range of Mediterranean Pastries to Distributors, Retailers, Corporate, Special Events, etc.
